Rotor Counter Weight
WHAT
The customer wanted to assemble the counter-weights by forming six hollow rivets (one-by-one) on two different levels with quality assurance through process control.
WHY
Despite the different stack heights and the rivet length tolerances, every single rivet should be well riveted qualitatively and visually.
HOW
The riveting unit is integrated into a rotary table and equipped with a rivet-head-height-control (NHE-H). The components are held together and riveted using a hold-down holder mounted in the station.
